# Connect My AI Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of Connect My AI, operated by Connect My AI LLC, including the website, dashboard, browser extension, desktop companion, APIs, local-agent connection features, subscriptions, documentation, and related software.

By creating an account, installing the browser extension or desktop companion, connecting an AI tool, accepting these Terms, starting a subscription, approving an action, or using Connect My AI, you agree to these Terms.

## 1. What Connect My AI Provides

Connect My AI provides a user-controlled connection layer between AI tools and browser or desktop browsing capabilities. Depending on your settings and approvals, connected AI tools may request actions such as reading visible page content, inspecting page state, opening URLs, clicking, typing, submitting forms, triggering downloads, using local browser sessions, and interacting with websites through your browser.

Connect My AI is not your AI tool, the website being accessed, the seller of goods or services on third-party websites, a payment processor, a broker, an adviser, or the decision maker for your browser actions. You provide the websites, accounts, browser sessions, AI tools, instructions, approvals, and decisions.

## 2. Your Responsibility

You are responsible for selecting and configuring any AI tool connected to Connect My AI, all instructions you provide, all approval settings you choose, and all browser actions requested, approved, denied, completed, or attempted through your account, extension, desktop companion, AI tool, device, or browser session.

You are responsible for reviewing prompts before approval and confirming that each action is lawful, authorized, accurate, appropriate, and compliant with third-party rules before allowing it.

An approval, trusted session, policy setting, or connected-agent action is your instruction to Connect My AI to route or perform that action. You remain responsible if an AI tool acts unexpectedly, misunderstands you, makes a mistake, or produces incorrect output.

## 3. Assumption of Risk and Connected AI Responsibility

**Connect My AI is a user-controlled connection tool, not the person or AI making your decisions. The AI tool you connect is not a party to these Terms and cannot accept responsibility on your behalf. You, as the account holder or authorized organization, accept responsibility for the AI tools you connect, the instructions and permissions you provide, and all actions attempted or completed through your accounts, browser sessions, and devices.**

After you authorize access, a connected AI tool may act through websites where your browser is already signed in and may use the access available in that browser session. You are responsible for choosing the sites and duration of that access, supervising activity, protecting your accounts and devices, and revoking access when it is no longer appropriate.

You understand that browser and AI activity can produce errors, unintended communications, purchases, account changes, data disclosure, data loss, platform enforcement, security incidents, or other consequences. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you voluntarily assume the risks arising from your selection, configuration, instructions, permissions, approvals, connected AI tools, browser sessions, third-party accounts, and use of Connect My AI.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Any waiver, disclaimer, limitation, release, or indemnity applies only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and does not waive liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or other conduct that applicable law does not permit a party to waive.

## 4. Permission Modes and Safety Controls

Connect My AI may offer permission styles such as confirm every action, confirm risky actions, trusted sessions, presets, site profiles, team policies, Panic Stop, and similar controls. These controls are safety and convenience features.

Trusted sessions may reduce repeated prompts for routine or reversible activity. They do not remove your responsibility to monitor connected tools and browser activity. Money movement, final checkout, payment, wallet activity, trading, and similar financial actions require direct approval. Other sensitive categories, including security, account, government, healthcare, legal, identity, and irreversible actions, may require direct approval depending on your settings, the website, the action, and applicable law.

Connect My AI may keep records of permission decisions, including approval or denial, timestamps, source, action type, risk label, target summary, extension or device identifier, and related metadata. These records support transparency, troubleshooting, security, support, and dispute protection.

## 5. Financial, Commerce, and Irreversible Actions

Connect My AI may prompt before actions that appear to involve final checkout, payment, money transfer, wallet activity, trading, investing, betting, donations, memberships, subscriptions, payment-method changes, account changes, legally significant submissions, or similar irreversible or high-impact actions.

Cart staging, product comparison, adding an item to a cart, saving an item for later, or preparing a draft may be treated differently from final checkout or payment. You are responsible for verifying the state of the website and determining whether an action has legal, financial, account, or irreversible consequences before approval.

You are responsible for all purchases, subscriptions, trades, transfers, donations, payments, fees, taxes, shipping charges, renewals, account changes, form submissions, and other transactions or commitments made or attempted through your browser, account, AI tool, extension, desktop companion, or connected device.

## 6. Third-Party Websites and Platform Rules

Connect My AI may interact with third-party websites and services at your direction. We do not control third-party websites, their availability, content, terms, APIs, anti-automation rules, payment flows, account-security practices, ranking systems, moderation decisions, or enforcement actions.

You are responsible for making sure your use of Connect My AI complies with third-party website terms, platform rules, automation restrictions, account agreements, laws, contracts, workplace policies, and permissions.

## 7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Connect My AI to violate laws or third-party rights, access accounts or systems without authorization, bypass security controls or human checks, send spam or deceptive communications, manipulate engagement or markets unlawfully, facilitate malware or credential theft, harass or invade privacy, or make high-impact decisions without appropriate human and professional oversight.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe your use creates legal, security, platform, abuse, reputational, or business risk.

## 8. Accounts, Devices, Teams, and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account, magic links, browser sessions, devices, extension credentials, local-agent credentials, desktop companion, team invitations, and connected AI tools.

Actions taken through your account, extension, desktop companion, AI tool, team, or device are your responsibility, whether performed by you, a family member, a team member, a contractor, a local AI tool, or any person or system with access you provided or failed to secure.

Notify us promptly if you believe your account, device, browser session, AI tool, or credentials have been compromised.

## 9. Subscriptions, Billing, Renewal, and Cancellation

Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise stated at checkout. By starting a paid subscription, you authorize recurring charges until cancellation.

Material subscription terms, including price, billing frequency, renewal terms, intro terms, and cancellation method, are presented before checkout. You may cancel according to the cancellation process made available in your account, billing portal, or support path.

If you cancel, your paid access normally continues through the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout or in your account. You may request a prorated refund for unused days in the current monthly billing period by contacting support. Refunds are not automatic and may be declined for abuse, chargeback activity, unusual usage, violations of these Terms, completed one-time services, taxes, transaction costs, or other amounts we cannot recover. We do not provide refunds for prior billing periods except where required by law or expressly approved in writing.

## 10. Data and Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information. By using Connect My AI, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to expose, process, copy, submit, upload, download, transmit, or store any data used with connected AI tools, third-party websites, or browser automation.

Do not intentionally put passwords, payment card numbers, private keys, authentication tokens, or other secrets into support tickets, prompts, workflow recipes, or saved instructions.

## 11. Active Development and Manual Setup

Some features may be under active development, may change, may produce unexpected results, or may be discontinued. Use Connect My AI with care and monitor connected tools closely.

Browser extension and desktop companion distribution may vary by release. Until a browser-store listing, code signing, or managed installer is live for your platform, installation may require support-provided or manual setup instructions. Do not install Connect My AI software from unofficial sources.

## 12. Intellectual Property

Connect My AI LLC owns Connect My AI, including the software, designs, documentation, branding, workflows, interfaces, and related intellectual property. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Connect My AI for your own lawful purposes.

You retain rights to your own content, instructions, and data. You grant us the rights needed to operate, secure, support, improve, and provide Connect My AI.

## 13. Feedback

If you provide feedback, ideas, requests, reports, or suggestions, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or compensation.

## 14. Disclaimers

Connect My AI is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, reliability, security, compatibility, and error-free operation.

We do not warrant that Connect My AI will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, compatible with every AI tool, browser, website, platform, device, operating system, or account, or accepted by any third-party website or platform.

## 15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Connect My AI LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, enhanced, or lost-profit damages; loss of data; loss of goodwill; business interruption; account suspension; platform enforcement; third-party claims; security incidents; unauthorized browser activity; AI-tool mistakes; user approvals; user instructions; trusted-session behavior; transaction errors; purchases; payments; trades; transfers; posts; messages; uploads; downloads; form submissions; or website/account consequences arising from or related to Connect My AI.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims relating to Connect My AI will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim or $100.

## 16. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Connect My AI LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, judgments, settlements, penalties, fines, costs, and expenses arising from or related to your use, misuse, configuration, instructions, approvals, connected AI tools, third-party website activity, or violation of these Terms.

## 17. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Connect My AI if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, failed to pay fees, misused the product, or used it in a way that could harm us, users, third parties, platforms, or systems.

You may stop using Connect My AI at any time. Cancellation of a subscription does not automatically delete local software, browser extensions, AI tools, permission records, or data stored on your devices.

## 18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users or require renewed acceptance. Continued use after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

## 19. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina and the United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
